Synergy - People - Celeste Sheridan:

Celeste started life in the Motor Claims sector with Swinton Insurance, working her way up to branch Claims Clerk.  She joined Eagle Star in Sheffield in 1995 in a similar position, before moving to RC Jones (Motor Bodies) Ltd in mid-1997 as receptionist.  As her role grew with RC Jones, she took on additional credit control responsibilities.

In October 2008, Celeste moved to a full-time role within Synergy Accident Repair Group, where she is Network Administrator, responsible for liaising with Insurers and Members and ensuring work is allocated and completed in line with service level agreements.  She also currently manages Synergy’s accounting processes.
