Synergy - People - Neilson Jones :

Neilson came into the industry full time in 1995 when he joined the family business which he had been brought up in. Previous to this, Neilson had worked as a Social Worker for Barnsley Council.

Neilson describes his biggest personal achievement so far in life as being his children; he has three boys Matthew, Sam & Lewis.

Neilson’s aspirations for the future are no different to what they have always been, the constant strive for success in anything that he does.

Neilson has taken on the role of Operations Manager within Synergy, and is currently looking after the day to day communication and organisation of the company.
